How Reliance Retail owned Tira 💄 is trying to appeal to Indian women across age groups?



Tira has recently brought on board Kareena, Kiara, and Suhana as their brand ambassadors, a move deserving of applause. This strategic decision aims to resonate with a broader audience, encompassing women aged 50-35, 35-25, and under 25 years (not rigid).



In stark contrast to most other beauty platforms that opt for young millennial celebrities from the new generation, a choice that may not effectively engage older millennials and women above that demographic.



However, it's worth noting that Tira's core offering lies in the realm of beauty and skincare. Consequently, incorporating diversity in celebrity representation based on skin color and texture could add a significant layer of depth to their approach.
